PERSONAL DETAILS
Your name is used to personalise KudiAxis, including your birthday greeting. Date of birth and birthday messages are optional and stored inside your encrypted settings.

SECURITY
KudiAxis Cloud backup account
Every financial record is encrypted locally before storage. In the web/PWA version, the working copy is kept in this browser/PWA storage area. Cloud backup is optional, and your PIN is never sent to HRNS. Clearing this site/app data can remove the local copy, so keep an encrypted backup.

LOST DEVICE & RECOVERY
A KudiAxis Recovery Phrase lets you reset a forgotten 6-digit encryption PIN locally and unlock an encrypted backup restored to another device. Keep the phrase somewhere separate from the phone.
No cloud account? That is fine. KudiAxis remains fully usable offline on this device.
Forgot encryption PIN? Use your Recovery Phrase on the unlock screen to create a new PIN.
Lost or stolen device? Restore an encrypted Google Drive/Files or KudiAxis Cloud backup on another device, then unlock it with your Recovery Phrase.
NOTIFICATIONS
Choose what KudiAxis should remind you about and set a different time for each type. Reminders are calculated locally from your decrypted data. Exact delivery while the app is fully closed depends on browser/PWA support.
Individual planned items can also have their own reminder override.

Cloud Recovery Diagnostic
Read-only check of encrypted backup/key metadata. It does not upload, overwrite, decrypt or delete any record.
Google Drive / Android Files
Uses Android’s system document picker. KudiAxis sends only an encrypted backup file and does not need broad access to your Google account.
SYNC & STORAGE
Your readable financial data stays encrypted on this device. If you connect KudiAxis Cloud, only encrypted copies are uploaded. Google Drive/Files backup is also encrypted before leaving the app.
DATA & ENCRYPTED BACKUP
Local saves are immediate. Encrypted backup is batched so KudiAxis does not start a backup after every small change.
DEVICE DATA & RESET
Clear Local Device Data removes this device’s encrypted financial cache, PIN unlock data, local preferences and pending backup queue, then signs this device out.
Warning: changes that have not been included in an encrypted backup can be permanently lost. Your existing encrypted backup in your account is not deleted.
