Every record is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM, using a key derived from your PIN, before encrypted backup. Supabase only ever stores ciphertext — the PIN itself is never sent or stored anywhere. Password reset restores login access only; it cannot recover encrypted data if your PIN is lost.

LOST DEVICE & RECOVERY

If you lose this phone, your encrypted backup remains protected. On a new device, sign in with your email and password, then enter your existing KudiAxis PIN to decrypt and restore your records.

KudiAxis is a personal financial management app by HRNS, specifically designed with members of the Armed Forces in mind. It helps organise pay, allowances, deductions, spending, savings, debts, loans, assets and goals in one financial centre.

NOTIFICATIONS

Reminders are computed on this device from your own decrypted data — nothing is sent to a server, and they only fire while KudiAxis is open. Loan deductions, budget limits, and planned events can all trigger one.
